Tuntun Sekuritas began as an Indonesian securities company established in 1999. It has been operating stably for 25 years and subsequently changed its name to Tuntun Sekuritas Indonesia, with license number: KEP-04/PM/PPE/2000 and stock exchange member code: QA.
The company’s controlling shareholder is Antai Securities Hong Kong, which holds securities trading, asset management, and investment advisory licenses issued by the SFC Hong Kong. The core team of Antai Securities Hong Kong has more than 10 billion US dollars in investment experience in the Asian and North American markets, and has invested tens of millions of US dollars in Tuntun Sekuritas Indonesia to expand its financial presence in Southeast Asia.
The core members of the company’s stock technology research and development team all have more than 10 years of work experience and have backgrounds in well-known Fintech companies. They also hold certifications such as CFA, CTA, WPPE, and WMI. Most of the current employees are graduates of well-known universities in Indonesia and abroad.

Independent Commissioner
A Mathematics and Computer Science graduate of Padjadjaran University, he brings over 20 years of experience in the capital market industry, business, investment, and good corporate governance. Before joining Tuntun Sekuritas, he held senior roles at the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Deutsche Bank Securities Indonesia.
As a member of the Royal Family of Solo, he also advises on several Royal Family assets in Indonesia, focusing on good corporate governance and business development
Andre Parman Azali
Director of Information Technology
He has extensive experience in information technology and digital transformation within the Indonesian capital market industry. Before joining Tuntun Sekuritas, he held senior leadership positions at Ajaib Sekuritas Asia, serving as General Manager and later as Director of Information Technology.
He has developed strong expertise in securities technology, digital trading infrastructure, and IT governance, and now leads Tuntun Sekuritas technology strategy in supporting the development of secure, reliable, and innovative digital investment services.
Ricki Juliandi
Director of Marketing
He brings over 18 years of experience in the Indonesian capital market industry, having started his career in 2007. He has held various positions at Panin Sekuritas, eTrading Securities, and BNI Sekuritas before joining Tuntun Sekuritas, building strong expertise in securities brokerage, digital financial products, marketing strategy, and business development.
During his tenure at BNI Sekuritas, he played a key role in developing the company's online trading platform, reflecting his focus on product innovation and improving digital investment services and customer experience.
Roy Kristiawan
President Director
He has almost 20 years of experience in the financial industry and capital markets across various roles. He started his career on the regulatory side of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), before developing his expertise with various local and foreign companies targeting retail and institutional consumers.
Along the way, he built a strong foundation across the industry, becoming a license holder across capital markets, IT, and finance, reflecting his broad and well-rounded experience in the sector.
